Rainmeter: Utatane Piko

as requested a utatane piko rainmeter! honestly I didn't really know who this was until it was requested for me, and I'm beginning to like this vocaloid since in my opinion only, is one of the closest voice to it's voice provider. and if you somehow see that the GUI is kinda familiar, this is inspired by razer's booster software account log in. if you happen to use that or have seen that then you'll get what I mean.. I hope you all like this.
